Account & Registration

Yes, creating a DarazPlay account is completely free. Registration takes under two minutes. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit and start playing. There are no monthly fees, membership charges, or hidden costs attached to maintaining a DarazPlay account.

DarazPlay is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit, or play. Age verification is part of the account lifecycle – you may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC to confirm your date of birth before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are immediately closed and any balance is forfeited.

After registration, DarazPlay sends a verification email to your registered address. Click the link in that email to confirm it. For identity verification (KYC), you will be asked to submit a clear photo or scan of your CNIC. The KYC process is typically completed within one business day. No. DarazPlay permits one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with that individual and the forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

Log in to DarazPlay and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your mobile number, email address, and change your password. Some changes – such as email address or name corrections – may require identity verification before they take effect. For security, DarazPlay sends a confirmation notification to your existing email address whenever account details are changed.

To permanently close your DarazPlay account, contact our support team via live chat or at support@darazplay.bio and request an account closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure. Please note that permanent account closure is different from self-exclusion – if your reason for closing is problem gambling, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion option instead. On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to that email within a few minutes. Click the link, set your new password, and log in normally. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, contact DarazPlay support via live chat.

Yes. DarazPlay supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. Once enabled in Account Settings → Security, every login requires your password plus a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. DarazPlay strongly recommends enabling 2FA – it is the single most effective way to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Deposits & Payments

DarazPlay supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion charges.

The minimum deposit at DarazPlay is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for bank transfers and card payments. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal circumstances, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements in line with our security policy.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are typically credited to your DarazPlay account within seconds to two minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two business hours depending on your bank. Card deposits are usually instant. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected time, check your payment confirmation and contact DarazPlay support with the transaction reference.

DarazPlay does not charge any deposit fees. All transactions are in PKR so there are no currency conversion charges either. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges in some cases – DarazPlay has no control over those and recommends checking with your payment provider if you are unsure.

First, check that the amount entered matches exactly what you authorised. Check your Easypaisa/JazzCash app or bank statement to confirm whether the transaction was deducted. If money was deducted but has not appeared in your DarazPlay account, contact support immediately via live chat with the transaction reference number and the time of the transaction. DarazPlay's team will investigate and credit any confirmed missing deposit.

Yes. DarazPlay allows you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. DarazPlay encourages all players to set a sensible deposit limit before their first session. DarazPlay operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits must be made in PKR. DarazPlay does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. This keeps the experience straightforward for Pakistani players – what you deposit is exactly what appears in your account, and what you win is exactly what you withdraw, all in PKR.

Withdrawals

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2–10 minutes once approved. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually arrive within 15 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to two business hours. Card withdrawals vary by issuing bank but are usually completed within 1–3 business days. DarazPlay aims to process all withdrawal requests within one hour of submission during normal operating hours.

The minimum withdrawal at DarazPlay is Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. For IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals, the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no upper limit on withdrawals under normal circumstances, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification.

Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real money winnings from bets placed with your own deposited funds are withdrawable at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold. The wagering requirements for each bonus are displayed on the Promotions page. Your account dashboard shows your current wagering progress in real time.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay at DarazPlay are: (1) KYC identity verification has not been completed – submit your CNIC documents and the withdrawal will be processed after approval; (2) wagering requirements on a bonus have not yet been met; (3) the withdrawal method details do not match the registered account information. If none of these apply, contact support with your withdrawal reference number for a direct investigation.

DarazPlay does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge transaction fees on their end; DarazPlay does not control or receive those charges. If you are concerned about third-party fees, check directly with your payment provider before making a withdrawal.

DarazPlay's standard policy is to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals to a different account or a third-party account are generally not permitted as part of our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering controls. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact support to discuss alternative arrangements before submitting a withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

The DarazPlay welcome bonus – 100% match up to Rs 50,000 on your first deposit – is credited automatically when you make your first qualifying deposit. No promo code is required. Simply register your account, complete email verification, make your first deposit of at least Rs 200, and the bonus will appear in your account balance within seconds.

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before those bonus winnings become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 150,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. The DarazPlay welcome bonus does not require a promo code – it is applied automatically. Some other promotions may have an optional promo code that enhances the offer. If a promo code is available, it will be displayed on the relevant promotion on the Promotions page. If there is no code listed, the promotion is either automatic or available to all eligible players.

Yes. DarazPlay runs a range of ongoing promotions for existing members including reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, cashback on cricket and PSL betting losses, free spins on featured slot games, and loyalty rewards for regular players. All active promotions for both new and existing players are listed on the Promotions page, which is updated regularly.

Each DarazPlay bonus has its own expiry period, which is stated on the Promotions page and in the terms attached to each specific offer. Generally, bonus funds must be used and wagering requirements completed within the stated period. After the expiry date, unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from your account automatically. DarazPlay recommends checking the expiry date when accepting any offer.

DarazPlay reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is found that the player breached the terms and conditions of the offer. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way that violates the game contribution rules, or any other form of bonus abuse. Yes. If you prefer to play without bonus funds – for example, to keep your balance entirely withdrawable at any time – you can opt out of bonuses from Account Settings → Bonuses → Opt Out. You can also decline the welcome bonus during your first deposit by deselecting the bonus offer. Some players prefer this approach for simpler bankroll management.

Cricket & PSL Betting

DarazPlay covers all Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches with pre-match and live in-play betting markets. You can bet on match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, method of dismissal, next wicket, and dozens of other markets. Log in, navigate to PSL Betting, select your match, choose your market, enter your stake in PKR, and confirm. Winnings are credited to your account immediately after settlement.

Yes. DarazPlay offers live in-play betting on cricket, including Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and PSL fixtures. In-play odds update ball by ball. You can place bets at any point during the match, subject to the market remaining open. DarazPlay settles cricket bets as soon as the official result is confirmed. For most markets this happens within minutes of the match ending. Some special markets – such as tournament winner or individual award bets – are settled when the final result is officially confirmed by the relevant cricket board. Winning amounts are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement.

The minimum stake on cricket and sports betting markets at DarazPlay is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. There is no limit on the number of bets you can place across different markets, provided your account balance covers the total stakes.

If a cricket match is abandoned or ruled a "No Result" before a sufficient number of overs are completed (as defined by the relevant cricket board's Duckworth-Lewis or similar rules), DarazPlay will void the affected bets and return your stake in full to your account. Match winner bets that have already been decided before abandonment may be settled as normal in some cases – full rules are in the Sports Betting section of our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. DarazPlay's sports betting platform supports accumulator bets (combining multiple selections into one bet for larger potential returns) across cricket, PSL, esports, and other available sports. Simply add multiple selections to your bet slip and choose the accumulator option. The potential payout is calculated and displayed before you confirm. Note that all legs of the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out.

Casino & Games

Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game that DarazPlay offers in live dealer format. A dealer places one card face up (the joker card). Players bet on whether the next matching card will appear on the "Andar" (inside/left) or "Bahar" (outside/right) side. The dealer then draws cards alternately to each side until a matching card appears. DarazPlay's Andar Bahar tables are streamed live with real dealers and operate in real time.
