DarazPlay Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing darazplay.bio, creating a DarazPlay account, or using any service offered through the platform – including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, and poker – you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out in this document and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use DarazPlay services. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. The current version of the DarazPlay Terms and Conditions takes precedence over all prior versions and any verbal or written representations made outside this document.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a DarazPlay account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. DarazPlay does not knowingly permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity. Age verification documents may be requested at registration or at any point during your account's lifetime.
• You must be acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration or play on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one DarazPlay account only. Any person found to have created multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended, and any winnings or bonus balances across those accounts will be voided. A single household, IP address, or device may only be associated with one active DarazPlay account unless written permission from DarazPlay support has been obtained.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration. DarazPlay must be notified promptly of any changes to your registered details, including your email address, mobile number, and payment method information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DarazPlay account credentials, including your password. DarazPlay will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by your failure to adequately protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact DarazPlay support immediately.

DarazPlay reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other time it deems appropriate. Verification may include requesting a copy of a valid national ID card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Accounts that cannot be verified to DarazPlay's satisfaction may be restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

DarazPlay accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. All DarazPlay transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied, and no conversion fee is charged.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits for standard accounts; however, DarazPlay reserves the right to impose deposit limits for responsible gaming reasons or where required by its operational policies.

• Deposits made by Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your DarazPlay account within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing time.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits are processed in real time subject to your card issuer's authorisation.
• DarazPlay does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your DarazPlay account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. If this is not feasible, DarazPlay support will arrange an alternative method that matches your account name.

DarazPlay reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending identity verification, where the withdrawal amount is unusual relative to the account's deposit and wagering history, or where an internal compliance review is underway. Players will be notified of any such hold promptly.

Withdrawal requests that include funds derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Only funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

DarazPlay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published on the individual promotion page. The general principles below apply to all DarazPlay bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: The DarazPlay 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 50,000 is available to new members on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligible Games: Not all DarazPlay games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Sports betting contributions are stated per promotion.
• Time Limits: All DarazPlay bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and wagering progress that have not been completed within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Minimum Odds for Sports Bonuses: Where a bonus is tied to sports betting, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds as stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Abuse Prevention: DarazPlay reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. Accounts involved in coordinated bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
• Free Spins: Free spin bonuses are assigned to specific slot titles and credited at a fixed stake per spin. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement.

7. Sports Betting Rules

DarazPlay accepts sports bets on cricket, PSL, esports, and other markets as available from time to time on the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on DarazPlay.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when DarazPlay displays a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed during technical outages or where the market was suspended at the time of placement may be voided at DarazPlay's discretion.
• Incorrect Odds: Where a market is found to have been incorrectly priced due to a technical error or human error, DarazPlay reserves the right to void all affected bets regardless of the stated odds at the time of placement.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay during processing. DarazPlay does not guarantee that in-play odds will remain unchanged between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is accepted. If market conditions change materially before acceptance, the bet may be rejected or offered at updated odds.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: Bets on events abandoned or postponed before the scheduled start time and not completed within 24 hours will be voided and stakes returned. Specific sport and market rules may provide for different treatment where applicable.
• PSL Betting: All PSL match bets are governed by the official DLS method for rain-affected matches. A PSL match must complete at least 10 overs per innings for a match result to stand unless official DLS calculations have been applied.
• Maximum Payouts: DarazPlay applies maximum single-bet payout limits which are displayed in the bet placement interface. Accumulator and combination bets are subject to combined payout caps.
• Minimum Stakes: The minimum stake per bet is Rs 50 unless a lower minimum is displayed for a specific market.

8. Casino & Live Games

All casino games available on DarazPlay – including slots, live dealer games, Andar Bahar, poker, and any other casino-format product – use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or physical dealing procedures conducted by trained live dealers. Game outcomes are determined by these mechanisms and cannot be influenced by DarazPlay, the game studio, or the player.

• Published RTP (return to player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages. Individual sessions, regardless of duration, may produce results significantly above or below the published RTP figure.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, DarazPlay's system will complete the round automatically according to the game's rules. DarazPlay is not liable for results arising from player-side connection issues.
• Live dealer games are subject to the studio's operating hours and table availability. DarazPlay cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of specific live tables.
• Where a casino game displays a malfunction notice, all bets placed during that malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Closure

DarazPlay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where any of the following apply:

• The account holder has breached any term within this document or any supplementary DarazPlay policy.
• DarazPlay has reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is occurring through the account.
• The account has been used for coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting on DarazPlay promotions using external funds, or arbitrage activity that exploits pricing errors.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading identification or payment information.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account would expose DarazPlay to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and winnings derived from bets placed in violation of these terms will be voided. Real money deposits that have not been withdrawn may be returned to the original deposit method at DarazPlay's discretion, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their DarazPlay account may do so by contacting support at support@darazplay.bio. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is finalised.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on darazplay.bio – including but not limited to the DarazPlay brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software – is the intellectual property of DarazPlay or its licensed game and content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property right to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, display, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any DarazPlay content without prior written authorisation. Scraping, mirroring, or automated access to DarazPlay's platform, odds data, or game content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

12. Privacy & Data

DarazPlay collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using DarazPlay, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications networks that affect your DarazPlay experience.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by your bank or payment provider's internal processes.

DarazPlay's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six calendar months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments to Terms
